The use of the tense:
Action happen regularly 
e.g. I always eat fruits after dinner. General truth 
e.g. Water boils at 100°C. Thoughts, feelings and opinions 
e.g. I guess she is sick.
The form of the tense:
- With the verb be, we form positive and negative sentences as below:
