The use of adjective pattern:
To give our opinion about something e.g. It is surprised that she won the champion. To make comments about specific actions e.g. It is difficult for him to quit smoking.
The form of adjective pattern:
It is | adjective | that | SVO (Subject Verb Object) |

Type 2:
